Set up auto payments using the My Shaw website
To set up auto payments using the My Shaw website:
- Sign in to my.shaw.ca.
- Scroll down to Auto Payments.
- Click Set up Auto Payments.
- Select Credit card or Bank account as your preferred payment method.
- Click Continue.
- Enter credit card or bank account details.
- Click Sign up to enable auto payments.
You can cancel auto payments anytime by repeating steps 1 and 2, and clicking Unsubscribe.

Set up auto payments using the My Shaw app
To set up auto payments using the My Shaw app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store)
- Open the My Shaw app.
- Tap Billing in the bottom menu.
- Scroll down to Manage Billing and toggle Auto Payments on.
- Tap the Pay Bill button.
- Select New Payment Card or Bank Account as your payment method.
- Enter your credit card or bank account details.
- Tap Confirm.
You can cancel auto payments anytime by repeating steps 1 and 2, and toggling Auto Payments off.

Did you know? You can also save your credit card details for Auto Payments while paying in the app by selecting the Set up Auto Payments box.
Set up auto payments while making a payment
Auto payments can also be easily enabled while paying using a credit card in My Shaw.
My Shaw App:
- Tap the Pay Bill button.
- Select Pay total balance, or select Pay amount and enter a payment amount.
- Enter your payment details.
- Check the box for Set up Auto Payments
- Tap Confirm.

My Shaw Website:
- Visit my.shaw.ca.
- Sign in using your Shaw ID and password.
- Under My Bills, click the Make a payment button.
- Enter a payment amount.
- Enter your payment details or select a saved credit card profile.
- Click Save Card
- Click Pay now.
