If you'd like to update your contact information you can do so using the My Shaw website (my.shaw.caand the My Shaw app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store). My Shaw uses your Shaw ID to log in to view your bill, manage your account and your services. See here to create a new Shaw ID.

Update your contact information using the My Shaw website

To change your password using the My Shaw website:

  1. Visit my.shaw.ca
  2. Click on My Profile
  3. Click on the Edit Profile tab
  4. Click Edit for the contact information you'd like to update:
    • Pronouns,
    • Phone Number,
    • or Email

  1. Open the My Shaw app. 
  2. Tap Manage Contact Information
  3. Update the requested contact information:
    • Pronouns,
    • Phone Number,
    • or Email.
