If you have a mobile device, laptop, or computer you would like to connect to a Shaw Go WiFi hotspot, follow these steps.

 

Connect with a mobile device
  1. Open the My Shaw app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap the menu button and select Shaw Go WiFi Devices.
  3. Select Register This Device.
  4. Enter a Device Name, then select Add Device.
  5. Open your device's WiFi settings and select ShawOpen from the list of available networks.

Connect with a laptop or desktop computer
  1. Visit https://my.shaw.ca
  2. Sign into My Shaw.
  3. Click My Services and select Internet from the top menu.
  4. Scroll down to Shaw Go WiFi devices.
  5. Click Add Device.
  6. Enter your device's MAC address. Click Help me locate MAC address to find yours.
  7. Enter a device name.
  8. Click Save.
  9. Open your device's WiFi settings and select ShawOpen from the list of available networks.
