Having trouble with Internet or TV connectivity? Using My Shaw, you can restart your modem with the tap of a button to fix connectivity issues. Restarting your modem with My Shaw can be done once an hour.

Restart your modem using the My Shaw website

  1. Go to my.shaw.ca and sign in.
  2. Click My Services > Internet.
  3. Click Restart under Help & Support.
  4. A confirmation message is shown. Click Restart.
  5. Your modem will now restart. This can take up to 10 minutes.

Restart your modem using the My Shaw mobile app

  1. Open the My Shaw app and sign in.
  2. In the Internet section, tap Manage Internet.
  3. Tap Restart under Troubleshoot.
  4. A confirmation message is shown. Tap Restart to confirm.
  5. Your modem will now restart. This can take up to 10 minutes.
