Any suggestions for a replacement router? I have had a few, and they all don't last to long in the $100-200 dollar range.
I do like some of the functionality that this modem has, such as the time controls for kids.
@Bill-T -- do you have occasional issues with your electrical company (BC Hydro, or whatever company is servicing your province) ? Do you have a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) between the wall-outlet and the router, to protect the router from "power-spikes" ? A UPS is less than $100, and will protect multiple devices (router, TV, TV box, VCR, home stereo) from "surges".
@Bill-T I have had a couple of Asus routers over the years, and I am using Asus mesh extenders now, they are very solid.
