I have 8 Shaw email accounts on my iPhone 8 Plus. I use every single one of them for a different purpose. Today, just out of the blue, 2 out of the 8 just stopped working. I use the Apple Mail app on my iPhone. I can check these 2 problematic accounts with Shaw Webmail in a browser and they work fine. I can check these 2 problematic accounts with Apple Mail on my desktop computer and they work fine. But they simply will not work on my iPhone.

Isn't it interesting that Apple just released iOS 15.5 today. I didn't update to iOS 15.5, I'm staying at iOS 15.4.1 until I receive enough positive feedback to go ahead and install the update. But I've seen this happen before and have posted about it many times. Where Shaw applies a "patch" as soon as a new iOS version is released and then Apple Mail stops working properly:

Anyone else? Geez this is becoming frustrating.
I have a Google Pixel and this afternoon (May 16, 2022) my GMAIL kept asking for verification for all my Shaw emails. I tried deleting them and re-adding and it won't work - keeps saying "Something went wrong. Try again later, or contact your IT admin." It's been like that ever since. I gave up and added Outlook for Android on my phone and that works okay but I don't get any email notifications. So you aren't alone.
What has almost always happened in the past is that all of my accounts would act up randomly after a Shaw "patch". Account 1 and 4 would act up. Then 10 minutes later, account 5 and 9 would act up. This would sometimes go on for days after a Shaw server "patch". Then eventually, Shaw would sort the problem out and everything would start working properly again. This time around, though, the same two accounts are constantly failing to connect to the exchange server wm.shaw.ca
This has been happening for the entire day. Many years ago, someone at Shaw pointed out to me that some of my accounts are on completely different servers than the rest of my accounts. I don't know how many exchange servers Shaw has but obviously, they are having problems with at least one (or two) of them.
If I check these two problematic e-mail accounts through POP or IMAP, they work fine (on two different desktop computers running two different OS'es with one mail client set up for POP and the other for IMAP). But neither will work on my iPhone running iOS 15.4.1.
Shaw please fix this.
Same issue, email/calendar no longer synced. When i deleted my email and attempted to recreate it I got the error message "Unable to verify account information".
45 minute wait online...and counting
Shaw support says there is a "problem interruption..our team is working and it will be resolved soon"
You should hang that phone up and save yourself the hassle. In the 25 (?) years I've been a Shaw customer, I have never spoken to one technical support rep by phone who has been able to solve/troubleshoot a problem such as this one.
Hallelujah, at least Shaw admits there's a problem this time.
Shaw has been having issues with some mail servers for about 6 hours, I don’t know why they don’t put an update on the service outage page.
Similar problem. Gmail is asking for credentials for my Shaw email. Settings are as they should be per Shaw's website. Tried to add a different Shaw email account to my phone and it says it can't access the server.
Similar problem on my laptop with Outlook.
