@Hawkmoon if the problem continues, you will likely need another service call. I assume they have already swapped the modem.

There could be, to feed one cable to a Shaw Phone box (if you subscribe to that service) and also to feed a cable to a Shaw PVR (if you subscribe to Shaw TV).

Yes they swapped my modem last week Tuesday. Anything specific I should I say?
@Hawkmoon tell them that the modem is still dropping offline, they should be able to see that happening. You could question the need for an amp, when you only have one device connected.
@rstra Spoke with support, and was informed that I'm not the only one with issues, it's my whole entire area. No estimated time on this, so I'll have to give this time I guess. I'll give it 2-weeks before reporting back to shaw support.
