It is always such an ordeal for Shaw to take my money. I either have to wait on hold or log in. Logging in stopped working and legitimately said "this page does not exist, contact customer service".
Upon finally gaining access, I had to create Display Name for no reason at all (all I want to do is pay my bill, why is it so hard?).
So, fine, I made a Display Name - here it is - I regret nothing.
