I have 2 blue curve boxes and on one box Prime works but on my other box, it will not work and I keep getting an error of "something went wrong" and the video will not play. I have tried resetting the box, unplugging it for 30 mins, signing in and out of Amazon Prime and nothing works. Any suggestions, it's pretty frustrating.
I have this problem on two bluecurve boxes. None of suggestions to reset/restart/sign out make any difference.
prime Video loads without error though internet or built in Samsung SmartTV app.
@garyo99 -- on the working box, sign out from Prime, and then power-off the box. Can you now successfully sign-in on the "non-working" box?
