Audio and picture keep cutting out on multiple channels.

When watching both live tv and recordings on multiple different TVs in my home (so I know it’s not the tv) the sound keeps cutting out and the picture starts to pixelate. This only started happening recently, I’ve never had the issue before now. We have tried resetting the boxes, the system and unplugging/plugging the coax back in still have the issue.

Have the same issue but I thought it was from upgrading to 4k wireless boxes. What boxes your running?

I’m running the wireless 4K boxes as well but I’ve had them for about a year and haven’t had an issue with them till now.

Mine is doing the exact same thing. We have bluecurve on 2 tvs and audio strictly from the tvs itself and both are having audio cut in and out through cable live and recordings. It's really annoying. We have unplugged both cable boxes and plugged them back in and still didn't work. I hope Shaw looks into this and gets a fix soon because it's obviously an issue on their end. We've had these cable boxes for a while now and it's only recently started doing this.

Ours does randomly does the same thing. The only thing that (temporarily) seems to work is unplugging the Shaw box, waiting a minute or so and plugging it back in. Shaw sent us a new splitter! Made no difference whatsoever. They don’t seem to grasp that we pay good money for this service.

@Osserc_ & @1332 -- have you contacted Shaw Support, and asked them to remotely logon to your Shaw box, for them to view the "signal-strength" reaching the box (and other statistics)?  A "poor" signal can cause the symptoms you are reporting.

Maybe, something has changed in their wiring, up-and-down your street, to reduce the signal-strength.

Do your neighbours with Shaw TV report similar symptoms?
