They are saying it is a national problem that they are working on it- please don’t turn off the cable box

Mine haven’t rebooted but it’s displaying the same errors, couldn’t find any info in a quick internet search.
Same in SE Calgary as usual no support from Shaw. (noUI)
We have two PVRs, and having same issue with one of them. Oddly, the other seems OK.
I am having the same thing..the rebooting, string of error messages, time display changed itself to 24-hr, can’t load program guide..Salmon Arm BC
Can you load your shaw program guide?
Is it an issue with a specific piece of hardware? My model is DCX3510
