What is My Shaw?
My Shaw is how Shaw customers keep track of bills, make payments, adjust account details, and manage Shaw services. You can access My Shaw through the website (my.shaw.ca) and through the My Shaw app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store).
No. Shaw ID is a single login for Shaw products and services like My Shaw, the Ignite HomeConnect app (formerly BlueCurve Home), the Ignite TV app (formerly the BlueCurve TV app), and Rogers WiFi Hotspots (formerly Shaw Go WiFi). Each Shaw account can have one primary Shaw ID, belonging to the primary account holder. Up to four secondary Shaw IDs can be created for others in your household. Are my Shaw.ca email password and My Shaw password the same thing?
No. Your Shaw email account password is completely separate from your My Shaw account password. For security purposes, we strongly recommend not using the same password for your shaw.ca email and your My Shaw account.
