Learn how to navigate and use BlueCurve Home. Navigating the menu options in BlueCurve Home is similar whether you're using the mobile app or web portal.

BlueCurve Home features are organized into four main sections: Overview, Connect, People, and More.

You'll find menu navigation control at the bottom of the mobile app and at the top of the web portal. The Notification Center is at the top-left on the Overview tab in mobile app, and top-right on the web portal.

Overview

This is where you can enjoy an at-a-glance summary of your BlueCurve Home activity. View the status of your Internet connection (whether your Gateway is online or offline), view/change your WiFi name and password, view home network activity information, and access quick troubleshooting steps.

Connect

Manage devices, view and change your WiFi name, password, and network security settings. View the connection status of network devices like your pods. You can also configure your Gateway's advanced settings, like radio settings and port forwarding.. Learn more about advanced settings in BlueCurve Home.

People

Creating user profiles and assigning devices to the people who use them. Learn more about personalizing your home network with BlueCurve Home.

More

Activate Shaw devices like WiFi Pods, or tap Help to access help articles, an FAQ, and the support forum — or to restart your Gateway.

Notification Center

View real-time notifications about your home network and manage your notification preferences. You can access notifications by tapping the speech bubble icon (top-left corner in the mobile app, top-right corner in the web portal). Learn more about viewing and managing notifications in BlueCurve Home.

WiFi Pods activation
