Learn how to navigate and use BlueCurve Home. Navigating the menu options in BlueCurve Home is similar whether you're using the mobile app or web portal. 

Menu navigation

BlueCurve Home features are organized into four main sections: Overview, Connect, People, and Home.




You'll find menu navigation control at the bottom of the mobile app and at the top of the web portal. The Notification Center is at the top-left on the Overview tab in mobile app, and top-right on the web portal.

This is where you can enjoy an at-a-glance summary of your BlueCurve Home activity. View the status of your Internet connection (whether your Gateway is online or offline), view/change your WiFi name and password, view home network activity information, and access quick troubleshooting steps.



Manage devices, view and change your WiFi name, password, and network security settings. View the connection status of network devices like your pods. Creating user profiles and assigning devices to the people who use them. Learn more about personalizing your home network with BlueCurve Home.



Manage your Smart Home devices, including lights, thermostats, and plugs in this section. See About: BlueCurve Home for full information.



View Billing Details, Plan Details, and Data Usage as well as manage notifications and activate devices such as the Fibre+ Gateway and Fibre+ WiFi Pods.
