Here are some frequently asked questions about Shaw email.
A Shaw email address will have your username followed by @shaw.ca (eg. coolgrandma67@shaw.ca). You can use Shaw Webmail to send and receive email, or you can use the 3rd party mail app of your choice.
You can create a new Shaw email address using the Shaw website or with the My Shaw App.
You can have up to 10 email addresses which are included with your Shaw Internet account.
If you forgot your password, or you just want to change it for security reasons, you can set a new password using the Shaw website or the My Shaw App. For additional instructions please see this support article.

POP3 is a protocol for receiving email that downloads it to your computer, from a mailbox on the Shaw server. IMAP is a protocol that leaves your emails on the server, allowing you to read and manage emails using multiple computers, devices, and email apps. IMAP is recommended for use with your Shaw email addresses.
The maximum email size sent or received, attachments included, is 20MB. The maximum file size for an individual attachment, in Webmail, is 5MB.
The maximum mailbox size for Shaw email is 1GB

The maximum number of messages that can be stored in a mailbox is 100,000 — provided you haven't exceeded your 1GB storage space.

Shaw Webmail is a web-based email app you can use to send and receive email from any computer with a web browser — perfect while travelling, or if you access email on a public or shared computer. your email, contacts, and settings through your internet browser at webmail.shaw.ca. This online tool is perfect for checking your email while on vacation or when using a public or shared computer. You can log in to Shaw Webmail with your Shaw email credentials at https://webmail.shaw.ca.
You can access Shaw Webmail through your Internet browser (eg. Chrome or Safari) at https://webmail.shaw.ca. You can log-in using your @shaw.ca email address and your email password.
The maximum number of Webmail contacts you can have is 2,000.
There are a number of possible answers. Confirm your email server settings, make sure you haven't exceeded your storage limits, and look in your trash folder for email you might have deleted. Deleted emails won't be permanently deleted for 7 days. Read How To: Recover deleted emails in Shaw Webmail
