WOW !!! On hold for over an hour???

Good heavens....what is going on? No chat until September 30, and no one will answer the phone? I've been on hold for an hour, the ridiculous squawbox in the phone message is still telling us to go the "shaw chat" but the website says it's down until September 30th. the hand, foot and Beep of shaw have no idea what they are doing.

unbelievable....time to switch providers. ignorant...rude...unacceptable...

@wmyoung @grr @Lorna2 very sorry for the long waits. I haven't heard of any reports of Chat not working. Are you able to provide an image of the message? I am currently on our contact site and it is working as expected. If you have any ad-blocks enabled, please disable them.
