The site https://www.shaw.ca/contact-us/your-voice/Resolve-a-Concern/#/ is also broken...how convenient given the wait times in the support queue are basically infinite currently
Being in IT, I figured I should try all three main browsers (Chrome, Edge and Firefox)...all three do nothing when you hit the submit button.
@Clafienere @rstra thank you so much for flagging this. I will engage with our digital team on getting it fixed.
