Does Shaw Mobile offer prepaid options?
At this time, Shaw Mobile only offers postpaid rate plans.
What are the maximum number of rate plans that are allowed on an account?
The number of lines that you can activate on an account varies based on your credit rating and account history. At this time, up to six lines can be activated on one account. If eligible for mobile discounts as a result of subscribing to an eligible Shaw residential Internet plan, all six lines qualify.
Is a credit check required to sign-up for a Shaw Mobile rate plan?
Yes, in order to activate a Shaw Mobile postpaid rate plan, all customers must undergo a credit check at a Shaw Store or a participating retail partner. Please ensure that you have government-issued photo ID with you, along with a valid major Canadian credit card when visiting a retail location. Will my device automatically switch between the Shaw and Nationwide network?
Yes, your device is designed to automatically transition between Shaw and Nationwide networks. You cannot access Nationwide while in a Shaw coverage area. To access mobile data services while on the Nationwide network, Data Roaming must be enabled on your device.
Does Shaw Mobile offer Text to Landline service?
